Rabbi Halperin is the son-in-law of the Amshinover Rebbe of Bayit Vegan. For 20 years its donors and volunteers have helped families in Israel with generosity and unmatched kindness. Rabbi Halperin, originally from England, founded Lev LeZulat (translated: "An open heart with compassion for others") so that needy families can also celebrate life's milestones without the weight of financial worry.
