Netivot Chochmah Seminary for Girls — Beitar Illit, Israel —
The Netivot Chochmah Beit Yaakov High School in Beitar Illit was founded
close to 10 years ago. The institution is run in accordance with the directives
of Gedolei Yisrael, under the guidance of the Admor of Amshinov, and
is headed by the Admor's daughter, Rebbitzin Sarah Halperin.
The school educates girls B'ruach Yisrael Saba — with Honesty, Integrity & Identity. Enrollment is at its peak due to an outstanding reputation and solid academics. The Yiras Shamayim and good middos of the students is a solid testimony to the school's success.
The institution educates over 500 girls. Students learn in standard classroom settings, and also in smaller seminar groups — the girls gain a wide knowledge of Jewish and secular studies.
Every girl from every cultural backround can find her place within the walls of Netivot Chochmah. The school does not divide students into classes based on their culture, but rather accepts them and educates them together. Even so, each student is encouraged to follow her family's customs as they proceed through the grades, from (grades?) We seek to inspire each of our precious students to follow a life of Yiras Shamayim and to become exemplary role models for their family and community.
We create an educational and social environment so that every student can excell in every subject and grow personally & emotionally.
In addition to the “Chevrusa” program, the school also runs “Project Chesed.”
This project enlists girls to visit families who need help in their homes, during
the afternoon hours or on vacation days. This project brings great blessing to the
families of avreichimin the city, who suffer from parnasa problems and cannot hire
the assistance they so dearly require.
Since many of the students at the high school come from financially challenged homes, the school also provides extra tutoring & seminars, trips, activities, summer camps and group Shabbatonim.
It should be noted that the expense involved in educating and raising up such a large group of young women is massive, and is beyond what other schools provide.
We appeal to the generous of our nation, for whom Jewish education and lifestyle is the of the highest priority, to stand at our side and take a part in helping us bring Jewish girls to their highest potential.
Your assistance makes you a partner in the generations to come.
